Carefully selected from spring harvest leaves of Yiwu’s renowned tea gardens in 2010, this ripe Pu-erh is fermented using traditional wo dui (wet piling) methods and naturally aged in dry storage in Kunming for over 15 years. Made from mature leaves rich in pectin and sugars, the tea has developed a silky sweetness and mellow depth — a rare aged treasure with enduring charm.
🌿 Dry Leaves:
Reddish-brown, glossy surface with thick, well-defined strands. Old leaf veins are clearly visible. The aroma is deep and woody with a subtle sweetness.
🍵 Tea Liquor:
Ruby-red like vintage wine, dense and glossy, with an amber-gold rim under the light. The texture is thick and smooth, clinging to the cup with elegance.
👅 Tasting Profile:
Instantly sweet on the palate, reminiscent of candied lotus seed soup.
Silky-smooth texture with a hint of the cooling sensation typical of aged teas.
No harshness or dryness — instead, a spring of sweetness flows beneath the tongue.
Warmth gradually radiates through the chest.
After 10 infusions, the lingering aftertaste remains.
Leaf base unfurls into a bronze hue — still full of life.
Why This Tea Stands Out:
✓ High-maturity Leaves – Fermented to enhance natural sweetness with minimal bitterness.
✓ 15-Year Dry Storage – Cleanly aged; the piling scent has fully faded, leaving elegant aged and herbal notes.
✓ Authentic Yiwu Sweetness – Gentle, smooth, and long-lasting with exceptional steeping endurance.
🍂 Tea Philosophy:
Originally a private reserve for the tea maker’s own enjoyment,
now, after fifteen years of quiet transformation,
it has become a cup of unassuming, time-kissed sweetness.
